    Shipping Policy

    Every order ships from our warehouse in Walnut, California — carefully packaged, tracked door-to-door, and (for orders over $35) shipped free.

    1. Handling time

    Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

    2. US shipping options

    • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days · FREE on orders $35+ · $4.95 flat under $35.
    • Priority (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days · $8.95 flat.
    • Express (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days · $24.95 flat.

    We ship to all 50 US states, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.).

    3. International shipping

    • Canada: 6–12 business days · from $12.95.
    • United Kingdom, Australia, EU: 8–15 business days · from $16.95.
    • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days · calculated at checkout.

    International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

    4. Tracking your order

    As soon as your order ships, we email a USPS tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page. Delivery confirmation is included on every US shipment at no extra cost.

    5. Address changes

    If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email support@saintbenedictstore.com within 2 hours of placing the order. After that window your order may already be in production and we may not be able to change it.

    6. Lost or stolen packages

    If USPS marks your package as delivered but you can't find it, please wait 48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early). If it still hasn't arrived, email us — we'll open a USPS investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.

    7. Undeliverable / returned packages

    If USPS returns a package to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we contact you to arrange a reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply if the address error was not on our end.
