1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason — you don't need to explain why. We refund the full purchase price, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method.
2. How to start a return
- Email support@saintbenedictstore.com with the subject line "Return – Order #[your order number]", or call us at +1 (833) 442-0032 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PT).
- Our team replies within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS return label.
- Drop the package at any US Postal Service location — no cost to you.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 3 business days to the same card or payment method you used at checkout.
3. Refund timing
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover): 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
- PayPal: instant to 24 hours after we process the refund.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: refunded to the underlying card, same timing as above.
4. Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We ship a replacement at no charge and cover all return shipping.
